The process of receiving your headstone begins with an enquiry and quote, when contacting our team through our website, social media or contact numbers we will provide you with a wide range of choice based exactly on what you're looking for.
We may request photos of the grave, the cemeteries' location and your plot number, this is all to ensure that the process will go as smoothly as possible.
We then ask the client to come in and meet one of our team to have a chat through exactly what they are looking for.
After a deposit is paid and we have all available information we will begin to work on a template. This allows the client to see how the inscription/headstone will look on completion before we start the physical work.
When a final template has been agreed we begin to plot your headstone / grave accessory and the physical inscription and carving process begins
