Double Plot Renovation | Mulhuddart Cemetery Dublin
This memorial renovation and installation project was completed in Mulhuddart Cemetery, Dublin, where an original double plot was professionally converted into two separate plots, each with its own individual headstone and full kerbing.
On the first plot, we supplied and fitted a Blue Lagoon Granite C1 headstone mounted on a sub base and base, complete with full Blue Lagoon kerbing and two corner posts at the foot. The centre of the plot was finished with a blend of grey granite and white Moldovan chippings, with a Blue Lagoon granite vase placed centrally and a garden bar positioned ¾ of the way down. This memorial is finished with a beautiful silver inscription, creating a striking and modern tribute.
The second plot features the original black square headstone, which we carefully renovated and restored, repainting all existing lettering in gold to bring it back to its original condition. We also supplied and fitted a new limestone base and kerbing, and filled the centre of the plot with grey granite chippings, with a garden bar placed ¾ of the way down.
This transformation created two clean, well-finished and meaningful memorial spaces, completed to a high standard by Kelly Cowin Memorials in Mulhuddart Cemetery, Dublin.

Payment50% Deposit and payment in full approximately 2-4 weeks before fixing at the Cemetery

Cash or all major Credit/Debit Cards, Bankers Draft or BACS Transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. All goods remain the property of the Kelly Cowin Memorials until paid for in full.
Additional feesKelly Cowin Memorials are not responsible for payment of any cemetery fees but will at the request of the client and or the cemetery authority make such payments and add the required amount plus vat where applicablet o the final bill. Any cemetery fees that are different to what we have advised will either be added to the final invoice or a refund issued.
(Please note that Kelly Cowin Memorials may add vat as required by law to any extra payments they pay to any third party at the customer’s request)
Cancellation PolicyMinimum 48 hours’ notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a 10% (excluding VAT) charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds PolicyBoth the Client and we have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services shall be refunded.
However, the cancellation/refund request of any monies paid is at the discretion of Management should the orders have been communicated to our suppliers, processes have been initiated to shipping them or material already received.
If you consider that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of us in writing so we can take appropriate action to resolve the matter.
